cancellation and rescheduling policies

We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can interrupt our scheduled plans.  If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible and reschedule within the same week.

 Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. To avoid cancellation fee, please give at least 24 hour notice and we can work together to find a new time that works with your schedule! 

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before scheduled appointments will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 48 or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. No-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service rate.
